Changes: Mulan

Mulan is obtained in the Heavenly Scourge Campaign.

Unit Type - Marksman: High Critical Strike Rate, High Dodge Rate, High Chance to Block. Gambit - Arrow Storm: Attack the enemy and those 1 space to the left, right and behind the initial target.

Mulan's unit type is great and her Gambit attack, Arrow Storm, has a pretty good target area. Her strengths are weighed down by her weaknesses though which is her very low Tactics stat and the potential to reduce her gambit to hitting a single target through formations like Cluster, Wedge or Trident.

If she had ~15 more in tactics she would be a solid level ~30-40 hero.
