Nero is a Caesar prestige hero and requires 100,000 prestige to unlock.

Nero has good Bravery and great Tactics for the stage you get him at (you can have him between 30 and 40 if you really try, or 60 like most people).
His gambit, Missle Wall, hits a unique pattern (Florismart shares this gambit). This gambit often strikes 3 targets in PvP, depending on enemy players formation, and is easy to set up to hit 2-4 targets in campaign by watching other players battle reports to learn the enemies formation.
