Sir Lucan is a King Arthur hero and requires 9,000 prestige to unlock.

Unit Type - Light Cavalry: High Dodge Rate.

Gambit - Battle Cry: Deal gambit damage to a single target and lower all enemy morale by 30

Sir Lucan is an early game gambit-support hero. He has moderate gambit attack, attacks a single target and has just average tactics: 70. Note that his main role in your formation is not to deal huge damage, is to prevent your army by taking enemy gambit attacks.

He has high dodge rate. Use this aspect in your advantage. Because he doesn‘t have great damage and hits only one target you can put no attack gears on him in order to save your silver for other important gears. Like Sir Bedivere, Sir Lucan is a lvl 30 region hero. Try to switch him with a better hero after you leave the region.

Well, he is a gambit-support because lowers enemy morale by 30 and he may hit an enemy tank or an enemy support because his role is not to deal huge damage, his role is to lower enemy morale.
-He has high dodge rate. Use this aspect in your advantage. As a King Arthur player you will face Caesar players and this hero has a great defense against gambit attacks. Use Wedge formation to increase his dodge rate. As he is a support for your team, you better put him in front of your formation, more exactly in face of a strong enemy gambit hero to dodge his normal and gambit attacks. You also have to activate his battle cry before the enemy hits you with the powerful gambit attack. You can use a priest or a flag bearer to increase his morale and to make him attack earlier.
-Sir Lucan is only good if you want to create a defensive formation. But without a multi-target gambit hero like [[Attila the Hun]] or [[Alfred the Great]] you will have to compensate this with adding a powerful spell hero and a normal hero ([[Saladin]]). Because Charlemagne kingdom represents a bigger force in the early game this formation won‘t be the best for you as you can‘t decrease siege heroes‘ morale because they don‘t have such a thing. By the way, this formation is a Caesar killer... in other words, use Sir Lucan only if you have to face strong Caesar players.
